• How much?

  Trial: £10 for 55 minutes (up to 3 per member). Then £20 for 55 minutes. Packs of 1–20 lessons.

• What is the trial?

  A 55-minute lesson at £10. You can have up to 3 trials. After that, lessons are £20 each.

• Who is it for?

  Adults who understand more English than they can use. Not exam cram. Not a marketplace.

• How long?

  55 minutes.

• Zoom?

  Yes. Every lesson is a 1:1 Zoom call with me.

• Who will I talk to?

  Me — Andy. There is no pool of tutors. You book me directly.

• After I book?

  You pick a time. The class is on Zoom, with me.

• Cancel?

  More than 24 hours before the lesson. Late cancel or no-show: no automatic refund.

• Do packs expire?

  No. Packs have no expiry date.

• IELTS?

  No. This is a conversation class. If you need exam prep, I'm not the right fit.

• After the lesson?

  A receipt: what I heard, talk share, up to three marks, one next step. Not a score. Not a level.
